The coastal town is a perfect base for families, offering beautiful waterways and outdoor adventures. We loved exploring the lush rainforests and indulging in delicious local food. The kids enjoyed the fun rides, and we caught some great live music too! In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more activities for kids at the hotel.

Wonderful location, overall I liked the hotel.
That was luxury and absolutely fantastic hotel set in shopping area, adjacent to waterfront and main street and shops and Ballina's best restaurants and the strip shopping centre. There were extremely pleasant & nicely furnished rooms with high ceiling as well as balcony. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. The service was great with an efficient check-in. The staff was thoughtful and excellent - I would stay here again.

The Heritage Inn is a gem right on River Street! With spots like Raamons Dial-A-Pizza and the RSL Club just a hop away, you'll feast like a king. And let's not forget the sweet homemade pastries from nearby cafes—it’s a culinary delight! Plus, the room was spacious and super clean; you’ll feel right at home!

I recently stayed at this place and I was pleasantly surprised by its location right in the center of town. It's in a high traffic area and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and even a fantastic French restaurant I found down the road. Not only that, but the hotel is only a few minutes away from the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The service provided was excellent, with attentive staff and a variety of amenities such as dry cleaning, room amenities, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The rooms themselves were well-equipped and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
